Join presenters from the CT SAB Lived Experience Committee for a two-part interactive workshop series: reduce stigma by discussing lived experience and the systems meant to support individuals. Although encouraged, attendance at all sessions is not required.
ASD LEARNING COLLABORATIVE: BECOMING AN ASD MEDICAID ENROLLED PROVIDER
The Connecticut Behavioral Health Partnership (CT BHP) in collaboration with the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) team at Carelon Behavioral Health CT (Carelon BH CT) is pleased to announce an ASD Provider Learning Collaborative. This learning collaborative will focus on becoming an ASD Enrolled Provider, including steps toward qualification, enrollment, and affiliation. The presentation will also include guidance on re-enrollment. This Learning Collaborative will include representation from the Department of Children & Families (DCF), the Department of Social Services (DSS), the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Gainwell Technologies, and Carelon BH CT.

The Connecticut Behavioral Health Partnership (CT BHP), in collaboration with the Connecticut Hospital Association (CHA) and Carelon Behavioral Health (Carelon BH CT), invites you to participate in a statewide Community Care Team (CCT) forum at CHA in Wallingford, or via Zoom. This forum will address the history and the current state of the use of CCTs, related integrated care models in communities around the state, various approaches to operating CCTs, and a data collection discussion.
