IMPORTANT FEE SCHEDULE INFORMATION:
Effective January 1, 2012, the CT BHP is required to have one fee schedule for all covered individuals. The Departments and the Oversight Council have proposed a melding of the different rates previously paid for services to HUSKY A, HUSKY B and Charter Oak members with those paid to HUSKY C and HUSKY D members to minimize the impact on providers and the state. The following table is a listing of those ‘proposed’ fees. They have not been finalized and are published for information only. Until the proposed fees are approved, providers will be reimbursed at the fee that was in effect prior to January 1, 2012. Once the proposed fees are approved, adjustments will be made retroactive to January 1, 2012. Information about the adjustment process will be forthcoming.
